Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
- Asala Maison is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:
- Returns and exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Store Credit Only
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be used toward a future purchase at Asala Maison.
- Store credit is issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please include your order number, the reason for your return or exchange request, and clear, relevant photos of the item (especially if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect) in your message. Providing photos helps us review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
