Travel has always been my greatest teacher. With every journey, I have discovered new perspectives, meaningful connections, and stories that have shaped how I see the world.

Through years of travel across 46 countries, Africa left an imprint on my heart unlike any other place. Its extraordinary history, craftsmanship, and people revealed a beauty that inspired me to transform my passion for travel into a purpose-driven mission.

Asala Maison was created to celebrate Africa’s artistry, traditions, and the remarkable stories behind every creation while honoring the artisans, communities, and cultures that bring them to life.

 

The Africa 2040 Commitment

Beginning in September 2026, a portion of every Asala Maison purchase will support a carefully selected charity in one African country each quarter. By 2040, our goal is to have supported a charity in all 54 sovereign countries across Africa—one country, one quarter, one meaningful impact at a time. 

More than décor, Asala Maison is a celebration of beauty, culture, and purpose. Together, we can honor timeless craftsmanship, support meaningful change, and bring the stories of Africa into homes around the world.
