Shipping

In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take 4–8 weeks depending on the maker and size.

• • Middle East & Africa: from EGP 900, 5–9 business days
• • Europe & UK: from EGP 1,500, 6–10 business days
• • North America & rest of world: from EGP 2,200, 7–14 business days

Duties and import taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

In-stock pieces can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Return shipping is arranged by the customer. Once your return is received and checked, we'll issue store credit or process an exchange within 5 business days.

Care

Each piece ships with care instructions specific to its material. In general: keep pieces out of prolonged direct sunlight, clean gently with mild methods suited to the material, and reach out if you're ever unsure.
